1. What is Nothing?
NOTHING lets you reserve a period of time to do absolutely nothing.
There is no call, meeting, class, consultation, content, physical product or additional service waiting for you at the booked time.
The booking itself is the experience.
It includes the booking process and, where available, confirmation, email and calendar features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or payment through NOTHING.
3. Bookings
You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including a valid email address.
Booking availability and features may change over time.
4. Gifts
You may book Nothing for another person.
If you provide another person's name or email address, you confirm that you are permitted to provide that information for the purpose of sending the gift.
You are responsible for entering the recipient's information correctly.
5. Payments
Some bookings may be free.
Where the site allows you to choose to pay, the amount you choose does not unlock a different or additional version of Nothing.
Paid transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
Where currency conversion applies, the amount presented at checkout is the amount used for the transaction subject to the payment provider's final confirmation.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on this site and by any rights that apply under applicable law.
7. Availability
We try to keep NOTHING available, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual property
The NOTHING name, website design, original copy, visual identity and related materials belong to their respective owner unless otherwise stated.
Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
10. Liability
NOTHING is a deliberately limited digital booking experience.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the site.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as NOTHING evolves.
