When you make a booking, we may collect:

- the date, time and duration of your booking
- whether the booking is for you or a gift
- the recipient's name and email when you send Nothing as a gift
- an optional gift message
- payment amount, currency and payment status when a paid booking is used
- technical information needed to operate and secure the site
If you sign in using Google or Apple, we may receive basic account information provided by that service.
We do not store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider.
Why we use it
We use this information to:
- create and manage your booking
- send confirmations and gift emails
- provide calendar features
- process and verify payments where applicable
- prevent abuse and maintain the security of the service
- comply with legal or accounting obligations where required
Analytics
We may use optional analytics to understand how people use NOTHING.
Analytics should only run after you choose to accept analytics cookies.
You can reject optional analytics and still use NOTHING normally.
Who processes information
Depending on the feature being used, information may be processed by service providers that help NOTHING operate, including hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics and payment providers.
These may include services such as Lovable Cloud, Stripe, Resend, Google, Apple and the infrastructure used to host NOTHING.
Some providers may process information outside Brazil.
Data retention
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, information about the use of your data, or deletion of personal information.
